A: This shuttle service is provided free for all Campus employees with a valid Campus pass. Please show your Campus pass to the driver.

A: This shuttle service is strictly for Campus employees only. People who are not Campus employees will not have access to this shuttle service.

A: There is no mobile app for the shuttle service. It is operating on a first-come, first-served basis. If the bus is full, please wait for the next one.

A: For your safety, all passengers must be seated throughout the journey.

A: For full drop-off and pick-up points, please click here. You can also visit the Estate Management portal in HOME Intranet which is accessible under the "Departments & Groups" tab.

A: The Estate Management team will regularly evaluate the shuttle service by tracking its usage, effectiveness, and possible improvements to public transport around Fusionopolis.
At the same time, the team will regularly review suitable service providers to see if there are other vendors which can better serve our needs.
